Meg, a critical care nurse working on an ICU Covid ward at a Sydney hospital was separated from her fiancé Matt by 12,000kms during Covid 1.0. When Covid hit Matt’s business came to a grinding holt and he was forced to relocate to outback Australia for work.

The Today Show and an epic line up of vendors donated their time and surprised Meg and Matt with a wedding of their dreams. Unfortunately, their wedding was postponed due to Covid 2.0. However, on a sunny Thursday in April over 2 years later they finally got to say I do. Standing in front of the arbour of all arbours and the picturesque mountains of Broke.

Following their outdoor ceremony, they headed into the barn for their reception. Their guests were wowed with what wow flowers created. Their bright and bold colour scheme packed a serious punch. It was cheery, upbeat, and vibrant. The ceiling was lined with lush florals, the table was set with copper cutlery and edgy geometric menus, there was a trio of wedding cakes, a choreographed first dance and fireworks to end the night.
